New Conservation Program Managers Toolkit

When taking on the management of a corporate conservation program, it is important to familiarize yourself with the site’s conservation  efforts and to understand and prioritize the tasks associated with leading the program. To help ensure a smooth transition in program  management, Tandem Global (formerly Wildlife Habitat Council) has developed this checklist detailing the steps to take as you begin your  role.
