What It Means to Be Certified

WHC Certification, powered by Tandem Global, empowers companies and their employees to develop and implement habitat, species and education projects. The path to certification can contribute to a company’s biodiversity, financial, and employee and community relations goals. WHC Certification is a continual process by which activities are maintained to offer ongoing benefit to biodiversity and people.

Once a program achieves WHC Certification, it must apply to renew the certification every 2-3 years to demonstrate that efforts are ongoing.
