About Versioning
WHC Certification is periodically revised for improvement, upgrades and customization. Revisions to the WHC Certification Standard can be small or substantial.
Interim Versioning Process
While Tandem Global formalizes Standard Setting Procedures and builds out the infrastructure for Advisory Committees and Stakeholder Feedback, an interim process has been implemented to make non-substantive revisions. This involves decisions made by an inter-departmental group of Tandem Global staff representing corporate, site/program, and communication perspectives as well as the credibility, reviewer, and data considerations of the Certification Department.
Version 1
Version 1 is the original version of WHC Certification launched in 2016, following initial advisory committee and stakeholder input.
